Ecstasy is God's touch. It is not a state that one can induce spontaneously. God will surprise you with this when you least expect it, often in the middle of some important activity. It cannot be planned, because the ecstasy is not planned by man, God is planning it. It will come by itself. It doesn't matter if you are rich or poor, God doesn't care. It is an ecstasy from our earthly senses, which means that at the moment of ecstasy our bodily senses do not work, although our body is where we had it at the moment when we fell into ecstasy, but our physical vision, hearing, taste and smell , touch ceases to convey information about our surroundings and our being, our inner man perceives only what he experiences through his inner - spiritual senses, we see only what our spiritual eyes see, we hear only what our spiritual ears hear. People around us can hear us talking to someone who is not physically present at the place, because our spirit sees and perceives things hidden from the people around us at that moment.
